I work from a simple belief: when the space between people is healthier, the system becomes healthier too.
With 20 years experience of designing a systemic approach to change, I create the space leaders and teams need to think, plan, find clarity, and restore energy. I bring a wide range of strategic interventions, grounded in research and honed through years of practice — always delivered with warmth, curiosity, and a good dose of humor.
